ESPW is forming collaborative teams or mastermind groups in chapters throughout the Region. A collaborative team is a small group of like-minded women who want to mutually help each other achieve your professional and/or personal goals.

Want to join a group? Let's get started. Find the posting below that is titled "Collaborative Teams Profile - Start Here". Answer those questions in a new posting (hit "NEW TOPIC" and enter your username and passcode and the entry page will come up). Each week in the Higher Connection we will list any new postings and connect you with others who are interested. We will also host an informative conference call once a month to bring you the most recent information on collaborative teams and how they work. These calls also will bring people together who are interested in joining a team.

To help you meet your specific needs, ESPW has partnered with two "collaborative team" professionals to offer you various options for full participation.

1. Start Your Own Group or Join Another Self-Started Group. ESPW will communicate your interest and connect you with others through this forum. The starting point is the profile.

2. Facilitated 1st Meeting – Karen Hoffman, Your Collaborative Board, will facilitate a first meeting. A minimum of 5 people are required to participate and you will experience the power of collaborative thinking first hand. And having learned it, you can move forward on your own. COST: $250 (to be split between all in attendance and paid directly to Karen Hoffman; she will donate 10% of it back to ESPW).

3. Facilitated Collaborative Team – Karen Hoffman will lead a team that meets one time per month in person. COST: $100/person (paid directly to Karen and she will donate 10% back to ESPW)

4. Teleconference Collaborative Team – Linda Binns, Harmony Inside & Out, will lead the collaborative team via teleconference and you will have two options: 1 90 minute call per month at $47/month OR 2 90-minute calls per month at $77/month. (Paid directly to Linda Binns and she will donate 10% back to ESPW).
